This page answers a few common questions about the current iPhone version of CapsuFlow.
What is CapsuFlow on iPhone?
Section titled “What is CapsuFlow on iPhone?”CapsuFlow on iPhone is an Idea System for capturing, holding, and lightly shaping source material.
The iPhone app should be understood as capture-first, source-first, and local-first.
Is CapsuFlow a notes app?
Section titled “Is CapsuFlow a notes app?”No. CapsuFlow is not documented here as a notes app.
It is also not a project manager. On iPhone, the current product is focused on capturing and working with source material.
What is a Capsule?
Section titled “What is a Capsule?”A Capsule is a saved item in CapsuFlow.
Capsules are where captured material can be listed and reviewed in the current iPhone app.
What happens after I capture something?
Section titled “What happens after I capture something?”After a capture is saved, it should appear in the next part of the app flow.
In the current manual, that usually means reviewing it in Capsules or checking the current selection in Stage.
Does CapsuFlow keep the original source?

The original source should be understood as primary, with later derived output treated as separate from that source.
Is CapsuFlow cloud-first?
